Estimates & Quotes

Singleton Land Solutions may provide free estimates for potential projects.

Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided before a full project evaluation may be subject to change if additional work, materials, site conditions, access issues, utility concerns, or other unexpected circumstances are discovered.

A website form submission or request for an estimate does not create a binding service agreement. A project is not considered accepted until both parties agree to the project scope, pricing, scheduling, and any applicable written terms.

Underground Utilities & Site Conditions

Excavation, grading, demolition, utility installation, and land clearing may involve underground or hidden conditions that cannot always be identified before work begins.

Project scope, timing, or cost may change due to conditions including:

  • Underground utilities

  • Unmarked lines

  • Rock

  • Poor soil conditions

  • Drainage issues

  • Buried materials

  • Hidden structures

  • Unexpected debris

  • Material availability

  • Site conditions

  • Permit delays
